The law office of Marguerite Nealon, P.C. was incorporated on March 1, 1994 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The main office is located in Radnor, Pennsylvania and there are satellite offices in Philadelphia and Scranton.

Marguerite M. Nealon has been a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since May of 1992 and has concentrated her practice almost exclusively in Family Law. She is a 1982 graduate of Scranton Preparatory School in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and received her B.A. from the American University in Washington, D.C. in 1986. In 1991, she received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. She attended law school in the evening while working full time as a law clerk in various law offices.

Personal
Marguerite Nealon is married to Brian Kilcullen and has two children, Megan and Maria. She lives in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania.

Staff

Jennifer Tapley is a paralegal with the firm. In 2004, Jennifer received a paralegal degree from Delaware County Community College, and in 2002, she graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology.
